After our flight cancellation to Moscow, we spent a night in the Empire Hotel which was provided by Turkish Airlines. The experience in the hotel was excellent: we had breakfast after check-in (near 6 a.m😳), big comfortable suit (and comfortable sleep), dinner and friendly service. Highly recommend accommodation here

Our flight was canceled, and Turkish Airlines provided full service, did not leave us in trouble :) The hotel turned out to be friendly, all issues were resolved. We were fed, supported, lunch and breakfast on the level! The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I didn't have to choose a hotel, the airline checked us in from the plane. Couldn't land in Moscow, force majeure. They returned to Istanbul and took buses to the hotel for a rest. The rooms are clean, lots of towels, accessories, pleasant breakfast and lunch, very nice caring staff. They were attentive to us, to people who had suffered a lot.the location is definitely not suitable for me, along a very noisy highway with high traffic. But there are still many hotels along it.

A hotel with great receptionist service, breakfast with a wide choice of everything great lunch and spacious clean and cozy rooms. Public transport stop in front of the hotel and 30 minutes from the airport, I really recommend it

It was a hotel that I researched for my wedding organization and we started the process with the support of Merve Hanım.The rooms were seriously large, but the cleaning was fine. Cleaning was done every day. We stayed an average of 5 nights and there were 40 people with our guests. During this process, all the staff, without exception, they all supported us one by one. They even made tea at night . I also want to thank you for the food business .Together with our chef, we decided on the menu and were given a great meal . Actually, we never thought about the details, and I think that's what's important. There was no problem in the rooms, everyone had a very comfortable night.
